I have an auto loan with -. I mailed in my monthly payment to - via a -. I found that my payment was not posted to my auto loan account and I called - and they said the - was cashed. I requested the copy of who cashed the - and the back of the - indicated it was cashed by JP Morgan Chase. I do not have an account with JP Morgan Chase and I have no idea how they got ahold of the - made out specifically to -; and why did they cash this - that was not made payable to JP Morgan Chase? I called JP Morgan Chase and they told me that they did not cash the -, but I have a proof that they cashed the - as I requested a copy of the cashed - of which I had to pay $40.00 to get this copy. The amount of the - was for $-, this was a two month car payment. In the mean time, - has reported me as late to the credit bureau. I have taken time off work to settle this with no end result. Also this has caused me alot of stress.
