GE Capital Retail Credit card department,
My problem started in - 2013 when I had a credit card issued by Synchrony Bank and I had stopped getting monthly bills from them, at this point I was unable to login online, or contact anyone through their customer service line, because they stated that I had passed away. Now as you may or may not know I am writing this so therefore have not passed away, and am very much alive. I 'm left unsure of where to turn with my problem and thought that maybe it would eventually go away. Now I 'm stuck with a credit card that was Charged-Off due to non-payment, which they would n't take. Due to this issue still not being resolved my credit has dropped significantly, and they are still unwilling to resolve this matter. Please if you can I would very much appreciate your help in resolving this matter.
