Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Washington

Debt was to be paid by my insurance company at the time. Someone at the hospital goofed up and billed me instead. Since the insurance company was responsible for the debt, not me, I did not pay. I instructed the medical company and the collections agency to contact the insurance company to settle the debt. They did not do so.
