JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
I recently applied for a credit card through Amazon.com which cards are affiliated with CHASE Bank. I have only had the card 3 months and have been making timely payments sometimes twice a month. I recently paid my account on -/-/- for -/-/-. I was sent a email stating they didnt receive payment this month and it is late and they attached a - fee. I made previous payment in -/-/- for -/-/- with no problem. This time I was told, I paid it too early I have to wait. My bill is due on th- of each month.
