I moved into my current house -/-/-. Since then I have been receiving the previous owners statements from JPMorgan Chase. I have been returning the statements through the mail with - written on the front with a line through the address. The statements continued to arrive so I called their customer support and was told to take the statement to a branch which I did. I continue to receive the previous owners statements and it is now -/-/-.
