Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Tennessee

This debt was done -/-/-, on or about -/-/- I was contacted by - about the account that was delinquent via a letter. I contacted the office and send in to then the documents that I did not have an account with them that I was with - wireless. The company at that time stated that my name was used to open an account, I at that time requested that information used to verified my identity and was not giving any documents. Later in -/-/- - sold the account to a collection agency, I also send to them the a copy of the police report with the identity theft information the credit company at that time removed this information from the record. I recently order a copy of the credit record and there is information there from this company EOS, collection. This company as recent as - purchased this account and is reporting information that is false and incorrect. The company has very wrongful information on the record. Information that is relative important in order to properly identified me. Such as the DOB, Mailing address, when I request this information from them they refuse to provided me with the request. I have requested that they send me the documents used to obtain this account, name used, dob, and address. also prove that I owed this money -. I have not yet received any information, instead I have been receiving phone call since know they have my phone number. I have contacted - and there is no record of such account number, nor there are any records of any phone call ever made. There are no bills. So I ask why is this collection agency harassing me for monies that I do not owed..
