The credit issuer ( Chase ) continues to charge me APR ( 29.99 ) Fixed with no justification for doing so. Average monthly interest charge under these current condition 's of a least $200.00. I have been current with my payments2nd issue since -/-/2015 the issuer has changed the way they allocate payments. From -/-/2015 minimum payment will be applied to the higher APR balance therefore yielding less of a deduction in your remaining balance
