I was approved for a loan modification through M & T Bank last year. After making the - - trial payments, I have been sending the modified mortgage payment to M & T Bank as agreed. However, M & T Bank has reported my account as delinquent to credit bureaus showing I have not made any payment since - 2014. At the moment, my credit report shows I have n't paid my mortgage for - months. This is not true, since they have been cashing the money I send them every month. My credit score has dropped dramatically since M & T reported the wrong information.
