Thank you for taking time to review my issue. I purchased - tickets for an - WEEKEND EVENT EACH WERE $590.00 before taxes. Included in the cost were - gift bags valued at $400.00 each ( - for each ticket ). At the event they ran out of gift bags and I was told to email the merchant to have them mailed. As instructed, I did as such and to date have not received any gift bags. The merchant emailed me back to say they would send it, but never did, and stopped returning my emails ( please see attached document ) NE-T, I took action through my bank and filed a dispute with Chase. I had to reopen the dispute several times. The last decision for my request for $800.00 back of the approx $1200.00 I paid was denied. I was told the bank could not get the funds back, and they agreed that this charge was valid. This is fraud, and the merchant did not do as promised.
