Health Insurance paid what they would pay for same service if doctor on network was usedI am filing a complaint because of the disrespectful attitude by - who is an employee of Senex Services when I called to find out why their name came up on my credit file for an amount of $120.00. She asked me to spell my names which I did. When I asked of her name, she was hesitant and rude about it but later told me she was -. However, she refused to tell me her last name. She was only interested in my making payment immediately for a debt that is suppose to go to - ( my health insurance provider ). She was so rude that I was wondering if she was forced to be at work today. I wish she could play the tape to you as she claimed it was being taped. My health insurance has already made payment that they pay doctors on their network who render the same services. - - - was given my health insurance card and if they decide to use a doctor out of network, then it is their fault. I should not be responsible for their negligence. The fact that SENE- has access to my credit file is not enough to hire employees that have no respect. They can not just go to someone 's file and begin to put lien to people credit file
