TD Bank Credit card department,
I have a credit card with td bank. Since - of this year I have tried to set it up so I can have my payment come out automatically each month. Each month it has not come out at all and then I get a late fee. I have contacted the company several times and each time I 'm told try again, its not our fault. Try again try again. They say they will reverse the late fees and do not. I have tried doing it through my bank on bill pay and same thing, the money does n't make it to them or come out of my account. I have tried making it over the phone through their automated system and still nothing. I do n't know what else to do. I refuse to pay late payments when I am trying to make my payment and its not working and they refuse to do anything.
