JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
JPMorgan Chase, double charges interest on paid items, double billing. As explained to - -, attorney for Chase, -, who did not have the courtesy to return a call and investigate, but obnoxiously had other employees calls and harass us, while refusing to credit disputed amounts. Chase actively engages in interest charges on debt paid on time ( doublecycle billing ) although the account is paid a substantianly amount, still interest is imposed on the balance like no payment took place, and in addition payment made at a branch its not credited immediately and Chase charges daily interest as the payment was done the following day. Chase employees are abusive, they treaten to report derogative information to credit bureau, and even made calls of coming to our property to make good on the credit card debt, although this is a insecure loan. According the APR and calculations Chase has cheated closed to $300.00 so far. Additionaly Chase nowhere posts online or the terms or agreements as require by law, and they tend to call past calling hours.
