i sent $750.00 to a friend of mine on paypal.. Their Paypal Accoutn was subsequently 'frozen ' and asked them to verify their account by adding a BANK Account. They do not have a bank account, so they ca n't verify. They want to send me back my money but they ca n't now. I am now out $750.00 of my hard earned money due to this issue. They will not respond to any questions or support. Please help!
