JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
Chase sent only past due notices, but never a statement prior to being past due. When I cancelled my card they took all the bonus points off but did not take off the late fees as promised. Then they started calling my place of business because they were adding more late fees even after I had cancelled the card.
