Wells Fargo is making it exceedingly difficult to pay off this car loan. Very little information was given to me concerning my options, and also it was conflicting information. At first, I was told I could walk into any Wells Fargo Branch and give them cash. This would pay off my loan immediately. Then, I was told I could not pay off this loan at any branch, because the computer systems were different. The third time, I called, I was told yes, I COULD pay off the loan, just not state it was a payoff. I am confused. Also, I was never told I could negotiate the interest on the loan. Also, when I requested a copy of the transcript ( which they tell me is recorded ) I needed a subpoena to get it.
