Wells Fargo Credit card department,
I requested a balance transfer from an old credit card to a new - from Wells Fargo. Allegedly there was an error in - digit of the old credit card from which I was transfering, and the balance transfered was not from the intended account. I made a claim and it 's been - days since the claim was initiated, and Wells Fargo still has not done anything and they will not provide any info besides that nothing has been resolved. No one has called me despite my many requests for info. Now I still have the old balance, plus wells Fargo applied to my new credit the transfer balance, so I have - the debt. I just want them to do a reversal of the transaction.
