Taking/threatening an illegal action Threatened arrest/jail if do not pay New Jersey

Delaware Solutions, - - is contacting my place of employment, my relatives and stating there is a federal case against me regarding me being a habitual offender '' of a debt case, is sharing the last digits of my ss # to my employer and relatives. They have left messages threatening to send me a summons to appear in court where I will be required to pay and if not, they will put me in jail for the maximum sentence for fraud. They will not send any information regarding the debt over but claim I owe over $2000.00 in bank fees and for the original debt. They are claiming it is a payday loan which I have not taken out. I tried to explain that my identity was stolen a few years ago and since then I have been getting these calls. She claimed that if I do not pay, I will be arrested.
