CKS Financial continues to collect and report to all - national credit reporting agencies without any merit. I have tried to contact them several times with no response. I contacted the - and the company said it will contact me regarding the complaint. I origionally disputed this debt as not being mine over 75 days ago.I have asked for proof of validation of references debt, they can not provide it to me. They continue to report this false claim on my credit which is affecting me dramactically for no reason.CKS Financially has over - simiular complaints file against them for same practices. Many lawsuits are following for failing to abide by the fair debt act guidelines.
