The Credit Card company send me a - on -/-/-, indicating the debt is cancelled ; however, they kept reporting to the credit bureau with the original balance and past due balance. I tried calling them to dispute the issue, but they would n't do anything. I dispute with the credit bureau and they - out the balance and past due balance in -/-/-. The Credit Card company again report the original balance and past due balance and this become and endless cycle, and I have already filed tax in -/-/- for this -.
