Wells Fargo Credit card department,
I applied for a credit card with Wells Fargo and was agreed that my interest would be 10 percent after two yrs. After the two yrs passed i noticed the company charges me 20 to - percent interest. I notified them in requesting to close the credit card account and they refused. Note : I made on time payments on my credit card and have n't had any missed payments. I need assistance in fixing this because its damaging my credit and with me paying on time they still put me in collections.
