I sent a CERTIFIED letter of dispute to Automobile Acceptance Corp. on -/-/2015 and demanded a validation of debt. I was asking for the proof regarding the debt that I owe and verifying it. I have a signed Receipt from Automobile Acceptance stating that they received the letter on -/-/2015. On - -, 2015 I sent another CERTIFIED letter stating I do not believe I owe what they say I owe and in accordance with the FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT, 15 USC 1692g SECTION809 ( B ) Validating Debts, that this matter is closed since they failed to respond, I assume that they were unable to validate the debt. I contacted ( - ) - ext - or - ) the collections department on -/-/2015 and spoke with - ( front desk ) @ - ; - whom transferred me to - and I got the voice mail, I called right back spoke with a - ( front desk ) on -/-/2015 @ - who transfer me to - - in collections on -/-/2015 @ -. I explained that I needed to speak with someone in compliance regarding a debt validation that needed to be deleted from my credit


I hand delivered them into the office located at - - - - Ga - at the payment center and they were signed and received by - - on -/-/15 @ -. I received a phone call from - - - - Collections manager on -/-/2015 - that lasted 14mins and 40 secs. I advised him that the Account with his collection was not validated with in the 30 day period and I wanted this matter resolved by having it deleted ASAP. He replied by telling me that he had just sent out a letter to me yesterday in reference to my letter dated - -, 2015. I also advised him of the FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICE ACT, 15 USC 1692g SECTION809 ( B ). AND TOLD HIM THAT IF HE DIDNT COMPLY THAT I WAS GOING TO REPORT VIOLATIONS OF THE LAW TO MY STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL, THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION AND THE -. His reply was go ahead. He later said he would get back with me on Monday -/-/2015 after he spoke with someone to see if I was right.
