I received a voicemail from ( - ) -, which was from an individual named - from Premier Portfolio on -/-/15. I returned his call on -/-/15, and spoke to an individual named - who indicated I had committed a fraudulent crime by not paying a debt. I attempted to ask for a validation of debt while explaining my current situation, and inability to pay. She would not listen, spoke over me, argued with me, threated to prosecute me to the fullest extent '' and hung up on me. I tried to call back and speak to -, the initial person that contacted me, and individual named - answered. - transferred me back to -, and she asked me to stop calling because no one wanted to help '' me in their office. I attempted to request information to determine if this debt is legitamate, if it ineed is -I am not trying to run or avoid it, and would like to take care of it but was told to cease calling their office ...
