Wells Fargo Credit card department,
I am contacting you in regards to my Wells Fargo Credit Card, I have contacted wells fargo - times in reference to getting a lower interest rate on my credit card, they state that they do n't negotiate the rate at this time but they are unable to provide any further information in regards to this. This also are having trouble producing the terms and conditions that i signed '. I would have never committed myself to something with an interest rate of - prime. After calling wells fargo customer service and executive office i have gotten no where in fact the last rep hung up on me. I have been keeping detailed names of everyone that i have talked to and am shocked at the level of customer service provided by the reps. It seems like they are doing something shaddy to me.
