Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Ohio

I have no knowledge of any debt that I would owe. I noticed this collection on my credit report from Gold Key Credit INC. I tried to call them to find out about why is this on my report, as far as I know I had no $400.00 medical debt. I waited on the phone for someone to answer then all the sudden the phone disconnected. If the debt is mine, I have no problem paying it. I just want to verify that it is mine and they wont even answer the phone so I can learn more about this debt. the - is the one listed on the site.
