My Ex-husbands Health Insurance paid the portion allowed as per the CPT codes for payment. Thery are billing me for their price. There is no need for extra payment if they were paid by the health insurance!! I had my Attorney send a letter in - of 2014 with no response as well. I will refuse to pay these teo bills!
