In the -/-/-, I received a phone call from American Credit Resolution stating that I owed them money for a - membership. Three of my family members received a call as well from a rep that was looking for me. I told the rep that I do not want any of my family members contacted and that I do not owe - any money. I was a member of - around -, but not -. I ignored the two other contact attempts from ACR as they did not provide me proof that I owed any money. I did not hear from them again until -. On Friday, - - I recieved a call from an unknown number around -. My father told me he also just received a call from an unknown number and the person was looking for me. On the voicemail a woman left me, she stated- this is a reminder that if I did n't call her back regarding a pending claim that she would be out to my home and place of employment to serve me papers. I was not given any prior warning of anyone serving me papers. I called the number back that she


legal fees and the debt. I told them again I do not want my family members contacted and that I do not owe this debt. I also asked for proof or documentation that I owed this money. He threatened to sue me again, so I gave him a credit card number that I knew wouldnt go through because I was scared and wanted to talk to a lawyer. I recieved a credit card auth form to sign and send back, and a payment arrangement form from a - - at --. I did not sign these forms or send them back. I received another call from - - on Friday - - from a number- -, different from the number he gave me to call him--, also different from the phone number on the letter they emailed me- -. He said the payment denied and that I needed to call him back with other payment arrangements or - - would be out to my home that day with a legal summons to appear in court. I did not call back, and she did not go to my home. I received yet another call from a - - on - - where she stated that if I didnt call back, she would be out to my home or work between - to serve me papers. She gave a case number of -, not sure what that case number is for. I did not return her call.
