my business acct was closed on -/-/- no one had permission no one sees i was lied to regarding the waiver that was never put on that should have been each time i got a script about the rules about fees. not right. i want the account without a fee for - months this time wihtout being lied to. i dont want a script read to me. i want to see if anyone sees how i was lied to in -/-/-. about a waiver. it never stiuck i called each month taking my time up with no recognition here about a lie i was told that should not have been. that is not good business. i will not pay a fee please make sure one is not billed for - months in deference to the above. without a script. my account was closed by an - with no permission to do so or cause. i want the waiver. i am contacting the CEO answer this without a script and show true analysis and understanding of the above STOP the form letters as the matter has not been handled at all as of now not properly. so dont refer to earlier letters
