Taking/threatening an illegal action Sued where didn't live/sign for debt District of Columbia

M & S Recovery Solutions contact me staring that they received my information from - for a debit and threatened to sue me if I did n't comply with the terms I advise M & S Recovery Soultions that I have knowledge of this debt and do not call me again and the representative on the phone said well saying you have no knowledge is like saying you do n't have a brain. I told him he should not contact me again and before I could hang up he said that M & S Recovery would be sending my personal information to the credit agencies. I contacted - acceptance perviously the originating company and advise that I did not apply for any credit with - and a representative stated that they did n't have any information with my personal information. M & S Recovery Solutions LLC are attempting to threaten me into paying a debt that is not mine.
