Credit Consulting Services has continued to attempt to collect amounts that are no longer on my credit report. They are showing that I owe a judgement from -/-/07. This no longer appears on my credit report either. How long can a debt collector continue to collect on old debt? I have been threaten, sued and harassed by them for over 10 years. What rights do I have to fight against them?
