Sent notice offering option to pay online. Input all information but site would not accept payment. Tried 3 times with different credit cards but still would not work. All info in website states enter Credit Card '' type of Credit Card ''. When I finally called and got a live person I was told that they only accept debit cards or checks for this client. I have wasted hours going in circles to find out that the company - - , - in - -, MN - intentionally wastes peoples time by not giving accurate information. The DO NOT state anywhere that you can only use a debit card or check to pay them.
