Wells Fargo Credit card department,
I called Wells fargo Financial credit card services about the late payments reported on my credit report to see if it was correct. The customer service told me its a bank error because they set it up to come out my account on the wrong date of the month ''. I asked them, so what do I need to do to fix the problem. They told me to fax their dispute department a letter saying customer service informed me that the whole time they was withdrawing money out of my account. It was set to the wrong date ''. I also had to fax them a copy of my credit report showing the late payments from - - to - -. That was last month sometime when I did that, I called wells fargo - other times trying to get some help. But all they do is tell me to dispute it saying its a bank error and the dispute department will fix it. The - time i called I asked them if they can just notate my account saying its a bank error since thats what they been telling me to put, and they say I have to do this on my own time they can not do it for me. So I have to find a way to fix it even though I do n't have access to what they have. I do n't understand why the - departments do n't communicate between each other to make there customers happy. Now I ca n't apply for a house because the late payments on my credit, I have to wait for a yr.
