Credit card Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Colorado

Best Buy / - - have repeatedly fraudulently and with gross misrepresentation challenged a valid credit card dispute for services not rendered and/or provided in a wholly worthless manner. Accordingly this debt is not mine and they should not be allowed to misuse the chargeback dispute resolution process to attempt to collect funds from me I do not owe!
