After speaking with an agent and telling them when I could make a payment, I received - calls a day starting from - to - every day since the call. When they call and I pick up, there is no one on the other end and it hangs up. I understand if I paid my bill on time I would not have this problem but I have been in - accidents and have had my identity stolen and am trying. I feel this practice MUST stop because it affects everyone in my home.
