I had a loan with Western Sky / - / Delbert Financial Services. These companies are currently under investigation by the CFPB as well as being sued by the Attorney General of my state ( MN ) as illegal loans. The original principal was repaid several times over, yet this company continues to sent me collection notices. I have stopped paying and blocked this company from being able to make automatic withdraws from my bank account. They have reported a delinquent status to - credit reporting agency. I request to have documentation that states these loans are illegal, that I have paid the principal on the loan, and that - should immediately delete this record or show paid in full. CFPB assistance greatly appreciated.
