U.S. Bancorp Debt collection department,

Credit card Communication tactics Frequent or repeated calls Oregon

Company is calling - times per day from a blocked number. When I do n't answer they fail to leave a voicemail. Also, these calls are everyday even though I have already set up payment arrangements with the company.
