Based on the above bullet points, I and this situation falls into 2,3rd and 4th bullet points. At MY parents house, they gave me a letter that was for a potential garnishment. I never was served NOR had notice of any hearing, case or issue that apparently turned into a judgement. on -/-/2015. I went to the courts to file and request a hearing on -/-/2015. My employer sent me documentation -/-/2015 of the garnishment basically stating that they are complying with it. I called the courts to see the status of the hearing. They have not yet set a date. The garnishment is from a - Law Offices at - - -. This is illegal and request your help in solving this matter. MY contact information is : - -, -- - - -.
