I called in to IQ Data International to report a credit inquiry that I noticed was on my credit report, I just wanted to know why they had inquired on - -, 2015 when I spoke with the --t lady she stated that they pull every - months to see if the bankruptcy is actually on there even thou they had received my bankruptcy paperwork and that unless I paid the full balance they would keep inquiring on my credit report although they were showing a $0.00 balance which is also reflected on my credit report. Not felling like this was fair I wanted to speak with a manger to see why this was. They transferred me to a - named - I explained to him that I was not calling to argue I wanted to know why they were still in my credit report after it had been over 1 year since I filed he said that they never received it however my question to him was why if your pulling my credit and it is showing bankruptcy are you still in my credit report he stated because they can pull every - months this still did n't make


me any information and is mocking me he then was going to give me the address to send the paperwork to but I wanted to know why I needed to send paperwork if they had already noted the bankruptcy. He hung up on me several times and was extremely rude I asked each time to speak with somebody else and they kept transferring me over to - I am assuming its because he noted on my account that I needed to talk to him only. I apologized to him and was trying to be the bigger person and said please can you let me know the address and what you see on your end when you pull credit he refused to tell me and said you seem to know more then me you answer your own question. He was pushing me to the breaking point on purpose. Overall he was very unprofessional, belittling and does not deserve to be working with the public. His profanity and voice tone were unacceptable and hurtful. I have never been through anything like this before. IQ Datas ' staff should be penalized for treating people the way that they do, they are debt collectors they are there to help people not make this feel like -.
