We put our home up for Sale as a Short Sale '' on -/-/-. We have two issues with Citimortgage : # 1. Received an offer on -/-/- and since then Citimortgage has requested new closing dates every month ; for different reasons. A year later the new closing date is -/-/-. Need a reason why it took so long for the closing. Which put me threw a lost -. # 2. We were told by Citimortgage Representative, that we will receive a relocation incentive of $3000.00. That is no longer available because they said we moved out. Yes, we moved out to due no heat in the home, however I still have furniture in the home ; I am staying with family members.
