Conventional fixed mortgage Loan servicing, payments, escrow account Tennessee

I have called several times to Regions to correct the reporting of my loan to the credit bureau. I have request Regions send me a print out of all payments paid from the beginning of loan. Regions Mortgage has n't sent anything or correct the file.
