I recently requested a copy of my credit report. I noticed false late payments on my account from Wells Fargo. - in - 2015 for a 60 day late payment and afew other 30 day late payments. And as much as Wells Fargo likes to call and send letters mysleff nor my cosigner never received notice of a delinquent account. I called to have these late payments resolved in the beginning of - 2015. The man I spoke with admitted the 60 day late payment was put on my account by mistake. He said a letter would be sent out to notify it had been fixed. I never received a letter and when I called to check back they said my dispute was denied. I have my current bank records pulled ready to support my on time payments as well as the words of the customer service associate I spoke with confirming Wells Fargo indeed made a mistake on my account.
