i opened a new paypal account and went to my local - and bought a paypal cash card which i put $100.00 on came home and added the card pin to my account which put the $100.00 on my paypal then i sent a friend that lives in the - $99.00 and pay pal charged me - cents to send so a total of $99.00 the transaction was complete go and log into my paypal account to find paypal locked it saying thisResolution Center - Case Reversal DetailsPayPal is constantly monitoring site activity and reviewing transactions.
