The monthly statement lists the New Balance Total, Total Credit Line and Total Credit Available. I have not accessed the credit line in years but called today to request money from the credit available. I was told the account was closed and I could not access any money. The statement is deceptive and misleading. All this time I considered that available in the event of an emergency. I call today and only need - of what is stated as available and told no, there is no credit available.
