Account Resolution Services has - medical accounts in collection that are reporting on my credit report. I do not believe that these account are mine and requested validation of these all - medical bills. Account Resolution Services has failed to provide me proof that these medical bills are mine. I want to see my signature that I was at a hospital and I want to see where I signed a HIPPA agreement. Thank you
