Repeated phone calls even after a payment arrangement has been made ; calling - minutes apart during work hours ( -/-/15 ) ; when calls are answered they will automatically go to hold and then disconnect after - minutes ; callers have been rude and made insensitive remarks ; when a payment arrangement has been made company called - times in a row first thing in the morning payment was expected even though there was still over - hours to make payment as agreed ; when a supervisor is asked for due to poor or rude communciation it is often stated that no supervisor is available and that they will have to call back and no call is ever received from supervisor ; calling even after payment has been submitted online and then either are n't aware payment is already made or just hanging up after call is answered ; caller often unable to answer detailed questions
