Balance transfer : Well Fargo and -I did a balance transfer ( - ) from Wells Fargo to - in - 2015. - claimed that they have paid the money to Wells Fargo, Story with Wells Fargo Wells Forgo says it has not received any money. I have been following up for 3 months.Calls lasting from - to - hrs with both banks with no resolution. Wells Fargo said 45 days back that they will open research case and get back to mein 30 days, I called them now and they said their Rep notes does nothave any trace of such conversation. I had asked them for a letter/emailsaying that they have not received anything, was told that no suchprocess exists.Today the representative said he has issued me a letterWhich I will get in 2 weeks. ( as I spoke about filing Consumer complaint ) -They have sent a letter with details of payment made, they also tried tocontact well Fargo and Wells Fargo did not have 'my permission ' to speak with them. Wells Fargo did not mention anything like that during my talk neither did it reach out to me to ask for any permission. This is seriously sub standard service ( actually no service from both banks ) and loss of my business days costing me at least - times morethan the actual amount.
