A few months later in -, they added a monthly charge of $4.00 for internet modem, which I refused to pay because this was included in the fixed price locked for 2 years. - continued to bill for this service. I always paid the originally agreed monthly fee on time, but refused to pay the $4.00 surcharge that was outside our agreement. As - continued to bill this surcharge despite numerous call to them, I terminated their service. - claims that I owed them $8.00 in unpaid surcharge and an additional $67.00 for not paying the $8.00 on time. In - -, I received a letter from -. - -, a collection agency based in - -, -, stating they were representing -. I sent an explanation to them that I did not owe the amount of $75.00 to -. This collection agency closed the case after receiving my explanation. In -, I received a letter from a second collection agency, - -, based


sent communications to all major credit bureaus to remove the negative information. On the - -, -, I received a collection notice from a THIRD collection agency by name, EOS CCA, based in -, -. Again, I sent my written explanation immediately on - -, - stating that I did not owe the amount of $75.00 to -. I did not provide my phone numbers to EOS CCA. However, EOS CCA has been calling my office phone - a day for the past 7 days, apparently obtaining my work phone number via internet search. I have not received a written reply from EOS CCA. Instead, they keep harassing me via - a day phone calls to my work phone number. This practice is HARASSMENT.
