Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Florida

I have disputed - collection accounts from ARS collections company. I received notification that it has been removed from my credit report. A week later it was placed back on my credit report without notification from the credit bureaus or the collection company. I have written letters to the collection company asking to validate the debts and they still are unable to provide me with proof.
