Chase Auto Finance assessed a - late fee on my account that was 21 days past due. The total balance left on the account is - and I believe this is excessive as most creditors will charge at the most - as a late fee. The excuse I got from the creditor is that we already gave you an adjustment last month and the system will not allow it ''. I believe they are trying to make up for all the other adjustments they gave during the course of my 72 month loan.
