Debt collector contacted my place of employment and told them that they would take legal action against me if i did not get the message to call them by the end of the day ... Also gave them a case #. The debt is from -/-/- ... statue of limitations has passed in -/-/-. They contacted me today and told me that they would be delivering court papers to my resident and my employer and told me they have already contacted my supervisor about the procedures of coming onto property. I see this as scare tactics.
