In - of 2012 I contacted - to purchase internet service for my apartment. Since I was never able to actually connect the services, I contacted - and cancelled my service. The account representative informed me that there would be no balance due. To date, I have received numerous collection notices for this - account. I have disputed the validity of the debt with each collection agency and have never gotten a response from any. I still continue to receive negative marks on my credit as a result of this account.
